Notes on price

Prices are for use 6 persons/3 bedrooms, for the use of 7 or 8 persons/4 bedrooms we ask €150 extra. Each extra person over 8 will cost another € 75,- per week

  • Maximum amount of persons: 10, of which 8 adults
  • Prices in Spring & Autumn holidays are € 1595,-/ week for 6 persons
  • Prices in Christmas period are € 1295,-/ week for 6 persons
  • Excluding cleaning costs (€ 150) and sevcivecosts (€75) energy costs (variable)
  • Included: Wi-fi, (beach) towels, bath towels, bed linen, duvets, a welcome package
  • Free in between cleaning and change of bedding cloth and towels when staying longer than 1 week
  • Change-over day in high season (from May until November): Saturday
  • Cost per dog per week € 25
  • Breaking deposit of € 300,- will be refunded after stay
